Providing information and protecting the company

We value honesty, integrity and transparency. This requires courage from everyone involved and demands dialogue.

What is at stake?

Breaches of the law within the company can result in financial losses and damage the company's reputation. We are introducing the following whistleblower system in order to better record information on irregularities and ensure the protection of whistleblowers. 

As an employee, you can report suspected criminal offences or serious breaches of regulations to us - either by giving your name or completely anonymously. You remain protected. It is not possible to trace the offence back to you unless you yourself provide data that allows conclusions to be drawn about your person. The following reporting form will guide you through the process.

Whistleblower protection relates to the reporting of irregularities, such as tax fraud, money laundering or offences in connection with public contracts, product and traffic safety, environmental protection, public health, consumer protection and data protection.

After your report, a protected mailbox will be set up for you, through which we can remain in dialogue with you anonymously. You will help us a lot if you activate this mailbox. We will let you know as soon as we have followed up on your report.

Please note: This system must not be misused to deliberately provide false or defamatory information.

 Only professionally qualified employees of Biehn & Professionals GmbH have access to the reports. Your identity will only be disclosed to us in the cases regulated by law. 
 
 After your report, a protected mailbox will be set up for you, through which an anonymous dialogue is possible. You will be informed of how your report has been followed up. Log in to your mailbox regularly with your access data so that you can communicate with your confidential counsellor. You will receive your access data at the end of the reporting process. 
 
 They remain protected: It is not possible to trace you back to you as long as you do not provide any data that could be used to identify you. Even if you provide your name, your identity will only be disclosed and information passed on to us by the data protection officers of Biehn & Professionals GmbH if you expressly consent to this.
